Blueborn

Blueborn was founded in the autumn of 2002 by five people driven by the desire to make good, heartful pop/rock music. Our first demo was recorded about half a year later, and the first concert was performed on December 2003.

After our second demo recorded in 2004, Nella joined us as a backing vocalist. Shortly after, Kalevi Puonti from Magnum Music contacted us and offered a recording deal. Of course, we happily accepted. The search for a good producer started soon after the contract was signed. The famed Finnish producer Hannu Korkeamäki heard our songs and after a few meetings and negotiations we decided to start the production of our first single, Holdin' On.

Holdin' On was released late 2005, and debuted in the Finnish single charts at place 2. The single spent a total of two weeks in the official top 20 single charts. The second single, She's the Queen, will be released in January 2006.
